Do you charge a call out fee ?

 

No. All new installations start with a Free Quote, there is no obligation and if your happy with the quote they can do the works there and then if not leave an estimate, and you can send the engineer away. We only charge for repair or service work.

 

How do I pay for my installation or repair ?

 

Payment is taken only after work has been completed at your property. An invoice will be presented, and payment can be made by either Credit or Debit Card, or Cash to our engineer.

 

How soon can I book an appointment ?

 

We offer a Same Day service throughout our coverage areas. Ask our team when booking and they will help schedule an appointment for a day and time which suits you.

 

Do you offer any warranty ?

 

All work carried out is covered by our 1-3 Year parts and labour warranty as standard. Extended warranties can also be purchased.
